Nikunj Lotia also known as BeYouNick is an Indian Youtuber born on 9th November 1989 in Mumbai. He belongs to a Gujarati family and lives in Dombivali, Mumbai.
He makes short comedy videos with his team members including Tushar Khair on YouTube. He has over a 4.1Million subscribers on YouTube.
He has done his primary education at Cambridge School and graduated from Sir J.J. College of Architecture. He gained popularity with the iconic Mauka Mauka video.
He has done a collab with many renowned stars like Hardik Pandya and Jasprit Bumrah, Tara Sutaria, Nargis Fakhri, and Simmi Singh. He also recently represented India as the only digital creator from the country at Vidcon 2019 US, which took place in Anaheim, California. In an exclusive interview with YS Weekender, Nikunj Lotia talks about his channel ‘Be YouNick’, his experience at Vidcon 2019 this year, and some of the segments he has had the most fun shooting.
Talking about the start of his career Nikunj did several odd jobs like working at a call center, bartending, and wedding planning to make his bread. When the Internet boom happened in 2015 Nikunj became famous on a whole different level. Soon his videos started to get recognition and his subscribers grew in proportion to his popularity. Some of his popular short videos are, ‘When you live in Dombivli’, ‘First Date’, ‘Men will be Men’, ‘If Pablo Escobar was Indian’ and ‘Job interview gone wrong’, featuring Bollywood actor Rajkummar Rao.
Talking about his personal life, he has not officially revealed who his girlfriend is.
